Description

Porcine T lymphocytes from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the porcine peripheral blood. The method we use to isolate porcine T lymphocytes were developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. Porcine T lymphocytes are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD3. Each vial contains 1x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.

Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma.

Storage and Shipping

Creative Bioarray ships frozen cells on dry ice. On receipt, immediately transfer frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C) until ready for experimental use. Never can cryopreserved cells be kept at -20 °C
