Humanized CD34+ HSC Models
Creative Bioarray has successfully engineered sophisticated humanized mouse model featuring CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs), meticulously designed for cutting-edge drug efficacy studies, particularly focused on cancer therapeutics. These innovative models are crafted to closely mimic the human immune system, providing an invaluable platform for in-depth investigation of tumor drug responses and interactions within a human-like physiological context. They are specifically optimized to assess the efficacy and safety of novel cancer drugs, offering a highly relevant environment for preclinical evaluation of therapeutic agents against a wide range of malignancies.
Humanized CD34+ HSC Model in Creative Bioarray
Humanized CD34+ HSC Model represents a state-of-the-art in vivo platform, meticulously crafted for the evaluation of compounds that engage with the human immune system, with a particular focus on the assessment of anti-cancer therapies. This innovative model is distinguished by its minimal occurrence or delayed onset of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), rendering it ideal for extended research studies. In this model, CD34+ stem cells, sourced from human umbilical cord blood, are transplanted into immunodeficient mice. Following this transplantation, the stem cells colonize the mouse bone marrow, where they continuously generate a diverse array of human hematopoietic and immune cells, including T cells, B cells, NK cells, and myeloid cells. This unique capability of the Humanized CD34+ HSC Model to support the development and function of the human immune system within a mouse environment provides an invaluable tool for the in-depth investigation of immune responses and the efficacy of novel anti-tumor drugs, making it a pivotal platform for advancing cancer immunotherapy research.
