Description
GFP Expressing Porcine Aortic Smooth Muscle Cells (GFP-PASMCs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from primary porcine aortic smooth muscle cells infected with lentivirus expressing GFP. GFP-PASMCs are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C and characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of α-SMA. These cells are cryopreserved in passage 3 and guaranteed for at least 10 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
