Description
The diaphragm is the fibrous tissue between the chest and the abdomon. Histologically, the diaphragm is skeletal muscle and mature skeletal muscle fibers cannot proliferate.
Rat Diaphragm Muscle Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rat diaphragmatic tissue. The method we use to isolate Rat Diaphragm Muscle Cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The Rat Diaphragm Muscle Cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to α-actin. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
