Description
Thymocytes are part of the immune system and develop from stem cells in the bone marrow, which is present in the thymus, before it undergoes transformation into T cells.
Rabbit thymocytes from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit thymus tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit thymocytes was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit thymocytes are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to pan-cytokeratin (PCK). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
