CSC-C5279S
Description
The ovary is not only the organ for egg production, growth and maturation, but also one of the target organs of gonadotropin secreted by the anterior pituitary gland. It is important to investigate the proliferation and endocrine function of ovarian endometrial cells to further study the regulation of follicular development, corpus luteum formation and degeneration, and ovarian atrophy, as well as the mechanism of hormonal and cytokine actions involved in these physiological and pathological processes.
Rabbit ovarian endometrial cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit ovarian tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit ovarian endometrial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit ovarian endometrial cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to vimentin. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
