Description
The gingiva is the pink-colored keratinized mucosa that surrounds the teeth. Gingival Fibroblasts are the main cellular constituent of gingival tissue and are embryo-like cells with the capacity of self-renewal and clonogenicity.
Rabbit gingival fibroblasts from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit gingival tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit gingival fibroblasts was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit gingival fibroblasts are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to vimentin or fibronectin. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
