Description
The endometrium is the lining of the uterus. The physiological functions of the uterine endometrium are preparation for implantation and maintenance of pregnancy if implantation occurs. The endometrium consists of a simple columnar epithelium, forming numerous tubular glands, supported by a thick vascular stroma.
Rabbit endometrial epithelial cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit uterine tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit endometrial epithelial cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit endometrial epithelial cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to pan-cytokeratin (PCK). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
