Description
Neurons are the fundamental units of the brain and nervous system, the cells responsible for receiving sensory input from the external world, for sending motor commands to muscles, and for transforming and relaying the electrical signals at every step in between.
Rabbit cortical neurons from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit brain tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit cortical neurons was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit cortical neurons are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to neuron specific enolase (NSE). Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
