Description
Mouse Tumor-Associated Fibroblasts (MDA-MB-231 Origin) from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human xenograft of pathogen-free laboratory nude mice. Human breast adenocarcinoma cells (MDA-MB-231) were subcutaneously injected into the nude mice for 4-6 weeks, after which the tumor tissues were harvested for cell culture. The cells are frozen at passage 2 and each vial contains at least 0.5 million cells.
