Description
Mouse Tumor-Associated Fibroblasts (HCT116 Origin) from Creative Bioarray were isolated from human xenograft of pathogen-free laboratory nude mice. Mouse Tumor-Associated Fibroblasts (HCT116 Origin) were subcutaneously injected into the nude mice for 4-6 weeks, after which the tumor tissues were harvested for cell culture. The cells are frozen at passage 2 and each vial contains at least 0.5 million cells.
