Description
The diaphragm is the fibrous tissue between the chest and the abdomon. Histologically, the diaphragm is skeletal muscle and mature skeletal muscle fibers cannot proliferate.
Mouse diaphragm cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the mouse diaphragmatic tissue. The method we use to isolate mouse diaphragm cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The mouse diaphragm cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to α-actin. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
