Description

GFP Expressing Mouse Aortic Endothelial Cells (GFP-MAoECs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from primary mouse aortic endothelial cells infected with lentivirus expressing GFP. RFP-BAoECs are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. These cells are cryopreserved in passage 5 and guaranteed for at least 20 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
