Description

C57BL/6 mouse pancreatic fibroblasts from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the mouse pancreatic tissue. The method we use to isolate C57BL/6 mouse pancreatic fibroblasts were developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. C57BL/6 mouse pancreatic fibroblasts are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescence staining with anti-FSP1/S100A4 antibody. Each vial contains 5x10^5 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.

Storage and Shipping

Creative Bioarray ships frozen cells on dry ice. On receipt, immediately transfer frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C) until ready for experimental use. Never can cryopreserved cells be kept at -20 °C
