Description
Porcine Tracheal Smooth Muscle Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from tracheal tissue of Porcine. Porcine Tracheal Smooth Muscle Cells are grown in T25 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution and incubated in Creative Bioarray Complete Growth Medium. The cells are shipped at passage 2. Each vial contains at least 0.5x10^6 cells. The cells are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to α-smooth muscle actin. Porcine Tracheal Smooth Muscle Cells from Creative Bioarray are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma. Cells are guaranteed to further expand for 3 passages following the instructions provided by Creative Bioarray Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.

Q:
Is it normal to have vacuoles in cells?
A:

If only a few cells have a very small number of vacuoles, it is likely that the cell state is not good, can be adjusted by adjusting the serum concentration, control of digestion, control of the proportion of passaging and time to adjust the state of the cell; if most of the cells appear vacuoles, and the number of vacuoles in a single cell is too large, it is possible that the cell generation is high, due to the aging of the cell, need to be replaced with an earlier generation of cells.
