Description

SD rat splenocytes from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the splenic tissue of SD rat. SD rat splenocytes can be used for a wide variety of immunology-based applications, such as ELISPOT, mixed lymphocyte reactions, cytotoxicity assays for measure ADCC or CDC, and plaque assays.

Storage and Shipping

Creative Bioarray ships frozen cells on dry ice. On receipt, immediately transfer frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C) until ready for experimental use. Never can cryopreserved cells be kept at -20 °C
