Our Bronchial Air Liquid Interface Kit and the Small Airway Air Liquid Interface Kit promote full differentiation of the airway epithelium expressed by the formation of a polarized epithelium with good barrier function (transepithelial resistance), secretory phenotype (mucin secretion) and ciliogenesis. When used with our guaranteed bronchial epithelial cells and our small airway epithelial cells differentiation will occur by day 22 in culture.
