Description

VE-CAD-GFP Expressing Human Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells (VE-CAD-GFP-HBMVECs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from Human Brain Microvascular Endothelial Cells infected with lentivirus expressing chimera VE-CAD-GFP. VE-CAD-GFP-HBMVECs are cryopreserved in passage 2 and guaranteed for at least 15 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray. These cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of VWF/Factor VIII and PECAM1. These cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
