Description
GFP Expressing Human Brain Microvascular Pericytes (GFP-HBMVPs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from primary Human Brain Microvascular Pericytes infected with lentivirus expressing GFP. GFP-HBMVPs are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C and characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibody of Desmin and α-Actinin. These cells are cryopreserved in passage 5 and guaranteed for at least 10 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
