Description
The cornea is the transparent part of the eye that covers the front portion of the eye. The corneal stroma is the middle layer of connective tissue, completely transparent. The corneal stroma is mainly composed of corneal stromal cells, which can synthesize and secrete fibers, and play a role in the arrangement and balance of collagen bundles.
Rat Corneal Keratocytes Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rat eye tissue. The method we use to isolate Rat Corneal Keratocytes Cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The Rat Corneal Keratocytes Cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to vimentin. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.

Storage and Shipping
