Description
Endothelial progenitor cells are the precursor cells of vascular endothelial cells. Under the stimulation of physiological or pathological factors, they can transfer from bone marrow to peripheral blood to participate in the repair of damaged blood vessels. Endothelial progenitor cells can further proliferate and differentiate into naive endothelial cells.
Rabbit endothelial progenitor cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rabbit bone marrow tissue. The method we use to isolate rabbit endothelial progenitor cells was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The rabbit endothelial progenitor cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CD31 or CD34. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.
