Description
Microglia cells are resident macrophages of the brain and spinal cord and they act as the first and the main form of active immune defense in the nervous system. The Immortalized Human Microglia - SV40 cell line is derived from Primary Human Microglia Cells (>99% purity) and have maintained microglial marker TREM2 as demonstrated by RT-PCR. These cells are suitable for studies of human microglia in health and disease.

A:

If most of the cells are attached back to the bottom of the bottle, it shows that the cell viability is normal, the remaining floating cells can be removed, leaving 8-10 mL culture medium culture observation, cell growth to confluence 85-95%, digestion and passaging, such as the cells are still not attached to the wall, the cells will be centrifuged and collected to a new culture bottle, the original bottle plus part of the medium to continue to cultivate, in the middle of the attention to observation, our technicians will be followed up and guidance until the problem is solved, and then the cells can be transferred back to the bottom of the bottle.
