Description
QualiStem® Retrovirus iPSC Reprogramming Kit is produced from standardized protocols using a highly efficient retrovirus cocktail including Oct4 retrovirus, Sox2 retrovirus, Klf4 retrovirus, c-Myc retrovirus, which is sufficient for generating high numbers of human iPSCs using the transfection step. Retroviruses are efficient tools for delivering heritable genes into the genome of dividing cells. The QualiStem® Retrovirus iPSC Reprogramming Kit offers such opportunity to generate iPSCs from various tissues and cell types.
