CSK-ID007
Description
Mouse embryonic stem (ES) cell lines can be cultured and expanded for many passages in vitro, without losing their ability to differentiate into all three embryonic germ layers. The same is true for induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell lines. Immunostaining and PCR analyses revealed that these cell lines expressed an array of endogenous markers associated with pluripotency.
QualiStem® Mouse iPSC Pluripotency Detection qPCR Kit is a convenient tool for the assessment of these key pluripotency factors to ensure the quality of your mouse iPSCs.
