CSK-IC005
Description
QualiStem® IPS Cell Endoderm Differentiation Kit is optimized to efficiently differentiate IPS cells into definitive endodermal cells under serum-free conditions. IPS Cells can differentiate into all three germ layers including the definitive endoderm which gives rise to cells of the liver, lung, pancreas, and gut lining. Cells differentiated using QualiStem® IPS Cell Endoderm Differentiation Kit express high levels of endoderm markers and lack expression of ectoderm, mesoderm, and pluripotency markers. This kit maximizes workflow efficiency and is applicable for drug toxicity and small molecule screening. This kit has been tested on multiple induced pluripotent stem cell lines.
