SuperCult® PCT Prostate Epithelium Medium, Low BPE

The progenitor cell targeted liquid culture medium kit including both basal medium and supplements. The low calcium (0.07 mM) formulation and contains a low Bovine Pituitary Extract (BPE) concentration of 10 ug / mL. It does not contain antibiotics / antimycotics. The basal medium contains amino acids, minerals, vitamins and organic compounds, but is protein free.

Media functionality and cell morphology tested by cell cultivation over 2 passages in supplemented medium. Osmolality, pH and concentration of various ions are tested. Free of bacteria, fungi and mycoplasma contamination.

The basal medium; Store at 4 °C in the dark. For expiry date, please see label on bottle. Please do not freeze.
The basal medium is shipped at ambient temperature.
The supplements are shipped frozen.
