Immortalized Mouse Prostate Epithelial Cells (iMPEC)

  • Specification
  • Recommended Products
Cat.No.
CSC-I9181L
Description
The Immortalized Mouse Prostate Epithelial Cells (iMPEC, clone7) is derived by co-expression of adenovirus E1A and dominant-negative p53 (p53DD). In addition to its non-tumorigenicity, this cell line maintains its primary phenotype and expresses tissue-specific markers such as the androgen receptor and the homeobox protein Nkx3.1. This cell line is a useful model for studying prostate growth regulation.
