Creative Bioarray Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium DXF has been designed for the expansion of undifferentiated, multipotent Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) in a fully defined, xeno-free culture environment. The optimized formula supports MSC self-renewal with high efficiency resulting in robust proliferation of undifferentiated multipotent MSC. Primary isolation of MSC from bone marrow is supported as well. In combination with the Cell Dissociation Solution ACF and human fibronectin, Creative Bioarray MSC Growth Medium DXF provides a completely xeno-free and defined culture system for human MSC.The Medium consists of a bottle with 450 ml of Basal Medium and one vial with 50 ml of SupplementMix. Addition of the SupplementMix to the Basal Medium results in 500 ml complete medium.
All lots of Creative Bioarray MSC Growth Medium DXF are subject to comprehensive quality control tests using primary human bone marrow derived MSC.
