Chondrocytes are the cells responsible for cartilage formation, and they are crucial for the process of endochondral ossification, which is useful for bone development. Ear chondrocytes represent the most widely used cell sources for cartilage regeneratio.
Rat Ear Chondrocytes from Creative Bioarray are isolated from the rat ear tissue. The method we use to isolate Rat Ear Chondrocytes was developed based on a combination of established and our proprietary methods. The Rat Ear Chondrocytes are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to Collagen II. Each vial contains 0.5x10^6 cells per ml and is delivered frozen.

Storage and Shipping
