Description
RFP Expressing Bovine Aortic Endothelial Cells (RFP-BAoECs) provided by Creative Bioarray are puromycin-selected from primary bovine aortic endothelial cells infected with lentivirus expressing RFP. these cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, fungi, HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C. These cells are cryopreserved in passage 2 and guaranteed for at least 12 population doublings under the cell culture conditions specified by Creative Bioarray.
