Description
Human hypertension aortic fibroblasts are isolated from the Aorta of human donor that has been diagnosed with hypertension. Human hypertension aortic fibroblastss are grown in T75 tissue culture flasks pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in complete growth medium generally for 3-7 days. Cultures are then expanded. Prior to shipping, cells at passage 1 are detached from flasks and immediately cryo-preserved in vials. Each vial contains at least 0.5x10^6 cells per ml.

Storage and Shipping

Regularly (once a week) replace the water inside the water dish, the water dish must use sterile distilled water or sterile deionized, the water dish can be added 1% copper sulfate to prevent mold contamination.
