Description
The cells from Creative Bioarray were isolated from mammary parenchyma of cows by enzymatic digestion and fractionated by differential density gradient centrifugation before culture and cryopreservation. Cell isolates are enriched in luminal epithelial cells and are suitable for cell proliferation studies or, when cultured on permissive substrata, for the study of differentiated mammary functions.

Storage and Shipping
Creative Bioarray ships frozen cells on dry ice. On receipt, immediately transfer frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180 °C) until ready for experimental use.
