BMMCs are isolated from bone marrow aspirate via density gradient centrifugation.
The mononuclear cells are characterized for CD markers using flow cytometry. The positive markers used are CD34 and CD45; while the negative markers used are CD105. Creative Bioarray ensures that each batch of mononuclear cells is more than or equal to 90% positive for specific markers.
