HAEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescent method with antibodies to cytokeratin-18, -19 and vimentin. HAEpiC are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HAEpiC are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings in the condition provided by Creative Bioarray.

Description: Human Uterine Fibroblasts (HUFs) produced at Creative Bioarray are isolated from normal human uterus. The cells are cryopreserved at passage 2 and delivered frozen. Each vial contains at least 0.5 *10^6 cells. The cells are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HUFs are guaranteed for at least 15 population doublings under the conditions provided by Creative Bioarray. Repeated freezing and thawing of cells is not recommended.
