Cord Blood-Mononuclear Cells (Mononuclear Cells) are isolated by diluting the Cord Blood with phosphate-buffered saline and using density gradient separation techniques. After centrifugation, the Mononuclear Cells layer is collected. Mononuclear Cells can be processed to isolate subpopulations.
