Description
Bovine Lung Cells, fetal are isolated from lung tissue of a bovine fetus. It is often used as a model to study various bovine respiratory viruses including bovine parainfluenza virus, bovine viral diarrhea virus, and bovine herpesvirus 1 that greatly affect bovine health and related industry. T25 flasks is required for cell adhension to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with 5% CO2. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml.
