Description
The CD34 protein is a member of a family of single-pass transmembrane sialomucin proteins that show expression on early hematopoietic and vascular-associated tissue. CD34 is also an important adhesion molecule and is required for T cells to enter lymph nodes. Use SuperBeads® Human Whole Blood CD34+ Cell Isolation Kit to enrich purified human whole blood or buffy coat using a simple by immunomagnetic selection. The isolated Human CD34 Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
