Human T cell is a type of lymphocyte that plays a central role in cell-mediated immunity. Use SuperBeads® Human T Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified T cells directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human T Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
