Description
The human leukocyte antigen (HLA) system or complex is a gene complex encoding the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) protein in humans. These cell-surface proteins are responsible for the regulation of the immune system in human. Use SuperBeads® Human HLA Myeloid Isolation Kit to isolate highly purified myeloid cells from fresh human whole blood or buffy coat by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of HLA myeloid cells. The positively isolated Human HLA Myeloid Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
