Description
Human CD8 T cells carry the CD8 protein marker and the T cell receptor (TCR), which recognizes foreign antigens presented by major histocompatibility complex class I molecules on antigen resenting cells to active them. Human CD8 T Cells can be used for a variety of stimulation-dependent functional experiments to assess cytotoxicity in the presence of therapeutic molecules. Use SuperBeads® Human CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified CD8+ T cells directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human CD8+ T Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
