Never can cryopreserved cells be kept at -20 °C
Fungal contamination of cells, it is recommended to discard, to avoid cross-contamination of other cells, the loss is even greater; to save, it is recommended to isolate the culture, add amphotericin B and other antibiotics, change the fluid every day, and continue to clear, but can only be maintained for a few weeks, and the subsequent cultures will be recurrently outbreaks, more costly.
