Canine Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) are isolated under sterile conditions using density centrifugation with Ficoll, a high molecular weight sucrose solution, to eliminate red blood cells. These cells are isolated from peripheral blood of beagle canine.

Application
Canine PBMCs are versatile for various immunology applications. They are routinely used in in-vitro immunoassays, including proliferation and cytotoxicity assays. Additionally, these PBMCs are valuable for ex-vivo applications, such as immunophenotyping-based cell population characterization.

Storage and Shipping
