Description
Canine esophageal epithelial cells (CEECs) provided by Creative Bioarray are isolated from the esophagus of goat. Our isolation protocol combines established methods with proprietary techniques. The cells are cryopreserved at passage 2, with each vial containing a minimum of 0.5 x 10⁶ cells. When cultured under Creative Bioarray's specified conditions, they are guaranteed to undergo at least 10 population doublings. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended.
