Description
BALB/c Mouse CD49b+ NK Cells from Creative Bioarray are isolated from fresh spleen. Lysis method is used to eliminate red blood cells and platelets to purify the splenocytes. Washed 4 times after Ficoll-Paque. About 20-30 donor’s splenocytes are pooled for isolation. Natural Killer (NK) cells CD49b+ then are isolated using specific immunomagnetic method. Purified of NK cells are analyzed using a laser analytical flow cytometer, confirming the purity to be greater than 80%. FACS can will be provided.
