Description
IL-27 is a heterodimeric cytokine that influences immune responses through its receptor complex involving WSX-1 and gp130. It is involved in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, modulating T cell activity and cytokine production. IL-27 signaling impacts pathways like STAT-1 and STAT-3, contributing to immune regulation.
