Description
IL-1 alpha (IL-1F1) upregulates IL-2R expression on lymphocytes. It enhances CIK cell cytotoxicity when combined with IFN-gamma and CD3 antibodies. IL-1 alpha stimulates CD4⁺ T cell proliferation, induces IL-2 production, co-stimulates CD8⁺/IL1R⁺ T cell activation, and promotes B cell proliferation and immunoglobulin secretion. Recombinant Human IL-1 alpha is produced with pharmaceutical-grade materials and follows GMP standards.
