Description
OSTF1 is an intracellular protein produced by osteoclasts that induces bone resorption, via signaling cascade which results in the secretion of factors enhancing osteoclast formation and activity. Human recombinant OSTF1 produced in E. coli is a monomeric, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 222 amino acids (1-214) and having a molecular mass of 25.1 kDa.
