Description
Memory T cells are a subset of infection- as well as potentially cancer-fighting T cells (also known as a T lymphocyte) that have previously encountered and responded to their cognate antigen; thus, the term antigen-experienced T cell is often applied. Use SuperBeads® Human Memory CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit to enrich highly purified memory CD8+ T cells (CD8+CD45RA-CD45RO+) from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) or lysed leukapheresis samples by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human memory CD8+ T Cells are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
