Description
CD2 (cluster of differentiation 2) is a cell adhesion molecule found on the surface of T cells and natural killer (NK) cells. It has also been called T-cell surface antigen T11/Leu-5, LFA-2, LFA-3 receptor, erythrocyte receptor and rosette receptor. Use SuperBeads® Human CD2 Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified CD2+ cells from fresh human whole blood by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD2 cells. The positively isolated Human CD2 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
