Description
B-lymphocyte antigen CD19, also known as CD19 (Cluster of Differentiation 19), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CD19 gene. It is found on the surface of B-cells, a type of white blood cell. Use SuperBeads® Human CD19 Cell Isolation Kit (Direct) to isolate highly purified CD19+ cells from fresh human whole blood by immunomagnetic positive selection. It may also be used for the depletion of CD 19 cells. The positively isolated Human CD19 Cells are are labeled with antibodies and magnetic SuperBeads.
